Who are the coaches?
View from the Top business coaches are typically a business owner, entrepreneur, or executive that doesn’t desire to have a full-time coaching gig, but has real-world, in the trenches experience with a desire to teach and mentor others on a similar path. A VFTT Coach usually only has one to three coaching clients at a time while most of their time is invested in building and growing their own businesses. Each of these coaches has been vetted by and are accountable to the View from the Top Leadership Team.

How long is a coaching engagement?
The minimum engagement is 3 months, the average is 6 to 12 months, and some have continued for 5+ years.

What does coaching cost?
We all know that investing in personal improvement for ourselves can pay off short-term but pays out the highest dividends over the long-term as one ‘does the reps’, puts in the work, and puts into action the discoveries uncovered with their coach. The monthly cost for coaching ranges from $1500 to $3500 per month depending on the specific coach’s skillset and frequency of the coaching you desire. (ie. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)

How does a coaching arrangement work?
The first step is applying for coaching. On the application you’ll answer some questions which will help guide us both as to the coaching/mentoring you need. Once we review your application and ask any needed follow-up questions, we will match up an available coach, provide you with their profile and based on your desire to continue, we will coordinate an interview with you and the coach.
Assuming the interview is agreeable to both you and the coach, we will setup monthly billing, coordinate a weekly or bi-weekly meeting time. -
How long does it take to get started with coaching?
