Somebody right now needs to hear this message because you're wrestling with the fact that you've got an employee that's filling a spot but the culture is not there. Their interest level is not there. They have mentally checked out. They just haven't physically left the building yet. Guys, life is too short to be dealing with executives or employees at any level if their heart has left the building.
So I want to encourage you today, yes, it may temporarily make your life more difficult but you're gonna do them a favor because it's going to put them on a path they can be successful in another arena and there is somebody out there waiting for that position and that person is going to do twice as good is what that employee does.
