Let me tell you the reason I ask that every year during December, we get ready for 2,000, whatever the year is gonna be. This year 2019 and I want to ask you what books you're reading? Like, what is it that's impacted your life? What is it that has really taken you to the next level? What book has challenged your thinking? I'm reaching out trying to get input from our community on books that you've read that have blown your mind.

I gotta be honest with you. Some of you need a little bit of that work ethic. Some of you need to breathe that into your children. Some of you need to teach them that they are not entitled - that you are not going to give everything. Listen, the harder you work the blessed you get - that's why I have titled this "A little bit of effort goes a long way."
