Have you ever had someone come up to you "listen I was told something and I am not really suppose to tell you, but you're my buddy and I know I can trust you so I am telling you..." How many times have you heard that? How many times have you done that? I challenge you. When someone starts with "hey, I am not suppose to tell you this..."" hold your hand up and say "stop, don't tell me. I don't want to be a part of you becoming a liar." I promise you, that person will respect you more! Be that man of integrity!

Are you keeping something that you should have told someone? Are you doing something that you should not?
When you follow your conscience, often times your decision is not popular, only not it's not popular or it's really hard to do.
You can kick the can down the road, You can deal with this later but it's always difficult when you deal with it later.
There's always a way for the truth to bubble to the surface. And it's easier to deal with it, you coming fort-right than it is to get caught.
