Listen, we spend so much time criticizing! You know what we do? Our meals are not right at the restaurant and the first thing we say is, "Hey! Bring me the manager!" and you complain. And when that steak is delicious, how of you say, "Hey! I want to see the manager! Man, let me just tell you right now that steak was unbelievable and the customer service here is impeccable!" I promise you guys that will get you a lot further than complaining about your meal if you will reach out and tell people what great service they do.

No, I am not always happy because of some reasons but I will say that the majority of the time, I am happy! The reason I am happy is because I choose to be happy!
