It matters who's the face of your business! I'd like to encourage you today to do some of the basics. Some of the very fundamentals that will grow your business like you never seen it grow before. Who is the face of your business? Is it you? Is it your employees/staff? Who is it that are taking care of your customers?

What do kids need today from their dad? There is nothing replaces the father saying to their son/daughter, "Hey! I am so proud of you! I am glad you are in your life!"....and do so on and so forth. Make them feel they are important! Make them feel that you need them! Talk to them. Ask their opinion.

Guys, if you got kids today or teenagers who have gone astray, I'd like to encourage you to do what my friend did. Constantly tell them how much you love them regardless what they have done. We do not need to give up easily as parents. We need to do every single thing that we could possibly do in our human ability in order to win that child back!

No, I am not always happy because of some reasons but I will say that the majority of the time, I am happy! The reason I am happy is because I choose to be happy! Yes, there are some things that we do not desire that happen but that's life. They are part of it. But what we do with those or how we deal with those things is what matter. Life is too short! Look for the good! It is everywhere!
