What Do I Do Once I've Made A Mistake

Posted by Aaron Walker on Feb 1, 2021 12:47:42 PM

Do not be afraid of doing something new. If it doesn't work out right well okay, you can say, "Hey, I tried!" If it didn't work, pivot change. Do something else but do not be afraid that it's going to fail. Do not think what other people will say or how they are going to view you. Do not allow any fear to keep you in a place - a place that you're not going to experience the life that you want. It's okay to make a mistake. Failure is in not trying not in not succeeding. Shift your mindset! Go out there and go for it. I want to encourage you today to stop being afraid. Pull the trigger! Do something, try something, do it methodically, don't think you have to do it all at one time right. If you're in a spot that you don't enjoy, transition slowly. Get accountability, get people around you that can help you. Incrementally implement a process and a system and a plan that you can work your way out of where you're at.

How To Share eEven When It Feels Uncomfortable

Posted by Aaron Walker on Jan 22, 2021 9:00:00 AM

I have a tough thing for you to do that I'm about to challenge you with. But I want to encourage each and everyone of you to just try this. Bear in mind for you newcomers I've got 38 years of experience in business and I've been an entrepreneur since I was 18 years old. So I am going to give you a task to do and just trust me on it. I promise you it will pay big dividends.

Here's the thing I want you to do, help somebody that could be perceived as being in competition with you. You say "Big A, you lost your mind!"

When you have a mindset of scarcity, that's exactly what you get. But when you have an abundance mindset, I am telling you it changes your whole world! And I want to encourage you guys today to go out there and help people. Give them the connections, the introductions, walk alongside them.

How An Easy Bake Oven Changed Our Family

We have got to look outward to other people.

I want to share this story with you guys this morning.  I hope it has an impact on you.  I hope maybe that you'll consider doing something similar to this because it's virtually changed the way we view Christmas.  This story changed our family changed the way we look at things.  It changed the dynamic by which we approach Christmas and it's to look outward.  It is to help other people.

How To Be A Servant Leader In Your Family

Posted by Aaron Walker on Nov 27, 2020 9:10:31 AM

Leadership is a topic that is usually discussed in a business or work context, but today I want to talk to you about leadership within the family. Let me share my thoughts with you on how you can be a ‘Servant Leader’ in your family.

The word ‘Servant Leadership’ makes some of us uncomfortable because it sounds like we are being asked to act as a doormat for other people or as if we are being asked to play the role of ‘the nice guy’, who is weak and taken advantage of by everyone.

But that is far from the truth. Servant leadership is about being a real man. It is one of the most powerful forms of leadership where you serve your family with unconditional love, going the last mile for your wife, exercising authority with compassion, putting your family’s needs ahead of yours, taking leadership decisions without thinking about your own agenda, doing the right things that need to be done and leading your family to a good place.
