Listen, we spend so much time criticizing! You know what we do? Our meals are not right at the restaurant and the first thing we say is, "Hey! Bring me the manager!" and you complain. And when that steak is delicious, how of you say, "Hey! I want to see the manager! Man, let me just tell you right now that steak was unbelievable and the customer service here is impeccable!" I promise you guys that will get you a lot further than complaining about your meal if you will reach out and tell people what great service they do.

Whenever you are going to a vacation with your wife/family/loved ones, I just want to encourage you to try disconnecting. Start out, you know, with maybe two or three days.
