Are You Willing To Take A Risk?

Posted by Aaron Walker on May 29, 2020 9:30:00 AM

I love taking risks.  I am absolutely willing to take a risk and I've done it numbers of times.  I can't even begin to tell you you know but I am not a gambler!  That’s the good thing!

Many people today are not successful at being an entrepreneur because they're scared to death.  We've got one life to go through and if you're gonna live it conservative over to the side, never taking the risk, never venturing out - I don't know that sounds pretty boring to me.   I don't want to do that and I don't want you to do it either!   There is no game where there is no risk.

We can’t sit on the couch thinking what would have happened or how could it have been would it have work… personally, that would kill me!  I would absolutely just die if I thought I was going to live that conservative and never take a risk on anything at all!

How 30 Minutes Can Change Your Marriage

Posted by Aaron Walker on May 11, 2020 10:00:00 AM

It is pertinent to decompress after a long and tiring day. It would be best to give yourself a breather, give yourself a 30-minute break once you get home and before putting on your "daddy or husband hat". But always look after your spouse's well-being as well. Do the same with your spouse. Give and take. Take time in allowing your spouse to have his/her own breather time. You will see that doing so will make a big difference.

Why Are You Not Paying Yourself First?

Posted by Aaron Walker on May 6, 2020 10:00:00 AM

Grab the book Profit First: Transform Your Business from a Cash-Eating Monster to a Money-Making Machine by Mike Michalowicz.  The thesis of the book is you need to pay yourself first - it is an accounting system that you go through to implement.  It's kind of like a digital envelope system, kind of like what Dave Ramsey teaches in the envelope system but you do it digitally.  This book radically changed my personal life.  If I hadn't have done implemented the concept found in the book, I might not have been prepared financially to have the cash reserves that we've got in order to go through this trying season.

Don’t Compare Your Beginning To My End

Posted by Aaron Walker on May 4, 2020 10:00:00 AM

Are you willing to do the hard thing in order to be successful?

I want to encourage you to think through your passion.  Think through the things that you're really wanting to accomplish and are you willing to delay that gratification in order to have those things that you really want?

How many times have you stayed up all night?  Do you really want it bad enough to sacrifice and to do some of the things that you have to do in order to be successful?
