We get really messed up sometimes only thinking about growth. Growth of the business itself -growth by expanding, being bigger and better. But we need to be serving the ones that we are with! The ones that we made promises to a year or 2 ago. The best way for us to grow is serve the one that you promised that you will take care of them.

Well some of the people that work for you, in your organization, are not taking personal responsibility and it's time they are leaving! It is time to fire time, it is time doing them a favor, as well as you and everybody else in your organization. And I want to tell you, it is not easy!

Listen, we spend so much time criticizing! You know what we do? Our meals are not right at the restaurant and the first thing we say is, "Hey! Bring me the manager!" and you complain. And when that steak is delicious, how of you say, "Hey! I want to see the manager! Man, let me just tell you right now that steak was unbelievable and the customer service here is impeccable!" I promise you guys that will get you a lot further than complaining about your meal if you will reach out and tell people what great service they do.
