Not only as it relates to the financial loss but what it could pertain to as it relates to your reputation. We are people of character. We have integrity and we need to stick to our word regardless of the financial outcome. When you're faced with dilemmas think about what your character is worth and go forward and make the right decision.

Affirmation, it does not come naturally with us men. But I'd like you to tell you that it is probably that changed my life as much as anything. I am just going to tell you, guys, we just do not do it enough. It is uncomfortable at first, doing public affirmation. However, the reason it is so valuable, whether we admit it or not, we need affirmation. We are all starving to death for affirmation from those who are close to us. Start now in affirming someone! If you are not sure where or how to start, start it in your family.
