Do you have friend who is man enough to call you out? A friend that will always encourage you, push you to be better and stop you from doing that things that will hurt you. I'd like to encourage you today to invest your life in some guys who are willing to call you out and tell you the truth to make you better.

Have the courage to tell people the reason you are inviting them to a dinner or lunch. Do not bait and switch! Do not do that to people! I want you to be honorable and credible in your motivation. Do not get there and slip it in. If you do business that way, people will lose respect for you. Guys, we cannot do the bait and switch. We cannot do it with our wives, children, friends or colleagues.

I'd like to ask you a question today. What have you done radical that impacted the life of somebody? Whether a family member or a friend? We do not need to have enough money to do something radical to impact the lives of other people. We can go out and do acts of service. I'd like to encourage and think about it. Do not be that bystander! Get out there and think what you can do to radically impact somebody!

Hey, do you realise that you own something that can't be bought? Let me tell you what it is....... It's your reputation. Do you realize fully how important your reputation is? Man, it follows you everywhere. You're building a reputation each and every day. With each and every transaction you're building your reputation. Your reputation follows you. It's something that you can't get rid of and many times in life we'll make decisions in the gray and eventually that catches up to you because it's your reputation. It's something that follows you how hard. Do you work on your character? What are you doing today to be above reproach? Are you honest? Are you doing deals every day that you wouldn't be embarrassed someday?

I want to talk to you about one of the reasons that you're struggling in your present occupation today....it's the lack of clarity. Let me tell you what I'm talking about on that. I think many people tie their identity up into what they do, right? We can't do that! We can't tie our identity up into our occupation! For me, I'm a Christ-follower, so my identity is tied up in Jesus Christ. That's first and foremost. What's most important in my life so that's where my identity has got to be tied. Many people are trying to get purpose out of their occupation rather than what they can do with those resources. You can take those resources and do other things to give you that sense of purpose and meaning.
