I wanted to encourage you guys to do is to serve. Either in your local church or in your community. Don't spend all your time working and trying to make money. Listen, we're gonna be remembered for that legacy and it's not for how much you've got but it's how much you give away. Take the time out and serve locally. Serve the people that are around you and I promise you the dividends will be huge. If you're feeling that tug to go and serve at your local church, don't be, you know, just a taker, be somebody that give. So use your skills. Use your talents and see what can happen as a result of it.

My question is, why would you not wanna be in a mastermind group? Who do you go to? If you are making a major decision, do you have the guys where you can go to seek the proper direction? Do you have the people you can go to consult something that is out of your territory? Being in a mastermind group is just a great way to interact and build that camaraderie and build those relationships that give you resources.

We get really messed up sometimes only thinking about growth. Growth of the business itself -growth by expanding, being bigger and better. But we need to be serving the ones that we are with! The ones that we made promises to a year or 2 ago. The best way for us to grow is to serve the one that you promised that you will take care of them.

People are conditioned for complaining because everybody complains and hardly nobody compliments! But I learned that a compliment will get you far greater advantage than complaining. If you want to get results, start complimenting people around you. Start with your spouse - for the things he/she does right, your kids - for the simplest things they do, and then watch their performance level go up!
Stop complaining, start complimenting!
