Say what you mean and mean what you say - - - We don't do that often times even in the workplace and even at home. I see this over and over and over the lack of consistency. I see this primarily with parents with young children and they wonder sometimes why their children kind of get away with some things that they probably shouldn’t. It is because we don’t exercise the authority that God gave us over the children and we just disallow ourselves from making those tough calls and then our children misbehave and they grow up in a world not realizing that people mean what they say. I want to encourage you today to mean what you say say what
you mean and follow through.

Failure is not trying, not in not succeeding. It would be way better to go out there and try it even if it does not work than us just sitting in the couch and not trying anything at all. There will be some excuses for us not to try and do the things we are planning to do - like we are busy. But we are always going to be busy. There will be no time in our life, in your career, that you are not busy! Let's stop putting things off, we have got to do it!

Avoid living your personal life like playing not to lose and not to win. I'd like to encourage you to do that. Do not be afraid and tackling things that come in our way. We need to be going forward. Guys, we cannot live so conservative, run the clock out, be complacent (like what's being done by a winning team in ball games when the game is about to end) and not living to win, we are living to protect and to not lose. You will avoid boredom by "playing to win". You will be successful by "playing to win". Life is an adventure. Go forward. Press on!
