Have the courage to tell people the reason you are inviting them to a dinner or lunch. Do not bait and switch! Do not do that to people! I want you to be honorable and credible in your motivation. Do not get there and slip it in. If you do business that way, people will lose respect for you. Guys, we cannot do the bait and switch. We cannot do it with our wives, children, friends or colleagues.

We do not need to have enough money to do something radical to impact the lives of other people. We can go out and do acts of service. I'd like to encourage and think about it. Do not be that bystander! Get out there and think what you can do to radically impact somebody!

In order for us to become better, we got a community around us. We got to be around people who will sharpen us, push us to be better, call us out for our blind spots, etc. The only way, I mean the ONLY way we are gonna be all God calls us to be is to live in a community.
