I titled this no one is following you because you don't have a vision. Let me tell you what I mean by that. Man, years ago a guy shared with me, he said, '"Hey, where there is no vision the people perish." I know that's a biblical reference but it applies to us today in our lives. I want to encourage you guys to write down your vision. Draw a map. I know it may seem foreign to you but nobody's gonna follow you in your family if they don't know where they're going. You couldn't get to Stephenville Texas right now from Nashville Tennessee without a road map.

What do kids need today from their dad? There is nothing replaces the father saying to their son/daughter, "Hey! I am so proud of you! I am glad you are in your life!"....and do so on and so forth.
