Peacemakers Have Very Little Influence

This is something that I've been thinking about the past couple weeks. Not a lot over the past several months but a lot in the past few weeks.

I'm just like everyone else, you know. I want to lose a few pounds, I want to read a few more books, I want to make a little bit more money, we want to grow our business a little bit further.

But I started thinking about the bigger picture. I want to be an influencer I want to be a guy that makes a difference. But the thing that holds us back I think the most is that we're afraid of what other people will think. We're afraid of conflict. In anybody's life now I think that we should be diplomatic how we present things but I think that we need to take a position in whatever it is you stand for to be an influencer.

Let me tell you the reason I ask that every year during December, we get ready for 2,000, whatever the year is gonna be. This year 2019 and I want to ask you what books you're reading? Like, what is it that's impacted your life? Wwhat is it that has really taken you to the next level? What book has challenged your thinking? I'm reaching out trying to get input from our community on books that you've read that have blown your mind.
