It is important prioritizing our priorities. One of the things that I want to talk to you about is making sure that what you say aligns with what you do.
Guys say the things that are important to them, they start talking about how my family's the most yet they spend very little time with them. It's like they'll spend 12 14 hours a day at work and then they come home and they're too tired to do anything and they don't have meaningful conversations with their spouse. They can't play baseball with Billy because it's probably dark outside but now and they got to send one more email or get this other thing. I'm not I'm not dogging on you. I'm not saying that those things are not important and you shouldn't do those things but the truth is, if you say it's important then we need to allocate some time towards making sure that you have time to pitch the ball with Billy or go to Susie's recital or spend time with your wife out on the patio talking about things in your life that you really want and the things that you want to accomplish.

I've been coaching now for about seven or eight years. I've had the privilege of coaching men all over the world and there's a handful of guys that are willing to take that attitude. They're willing to take whatever they've got to do and go crush it.
Now, I just want to know, are you that kind of guy? Are you willing to do whatever it takes in order to be successful?

Whenever you are going to a vacation with your wife/family/loved ones, I just want to encourage you to try disconnecting. Start out, you know, with maybe two or three days. Hopefully you'll get to a point where you can spend an entire week or maybe even two weeks and completely unplug! Try it and watch to see what happens. I think it will speak volumes to your family.

Do not keep your self busy with work and exchange time with your family with money. Create experience and memories with your family, with your kids. Spend money or time to create experience and memories. Have a little less house. Have a little less car. Work a little less time at the office and plan for an amazing experiences for your kids so that they can look back and have these great memories.
