I'd like to ask you this. Do you have that support to your children?
Are you there for them unconditionally?
Are you always there to walk them thru to finish their goals, to help them, to support them?
Or are you putting unnecessary pressure just for your children to perform?

People are conditioned for complaining because everybody complains and hardly nobody compliments!
But I learned that a compliment will get you far greater advantage than complaining.
If you want to get results, start complimenting people around you. Start with your spouse - for the things he/she does right, your kids - for the simplest things they do, and then watch their performance level go up! Stop complaining, start complimenting!

How are you as a father? How do you interact with your kids? Are you verbally abusive? How do you instill discipline in your home? I want you to really think through the way you discipline your kids. The environment that you're creating at home, like are they excited when you get home? Are they like looking forward to it or they like run and jump up in your arms or they like run into the room and hiding or they're coward and down and they don't want anything to do with you because dad's in a bad mood?
