Many of you have great ideas. I want to tell you right now the idea is not the problem. The problem is you're interested but you're not committed! You've got to say, "I'm willing to burn the ships". "I'm willing to set this aside". "I'm willing to delay gratification for the greater good of this project".

Are you a chameleon? Do you change your color based on your surroundings because you want to be liked by your peers, the people around you? Would you rather agree with the majority even if it's not the right thing to do? Or are you a thought leader who's not afraid to stand alone? I was told before, always be willing to stand alone if you are convicted that you're making the right decision. I don't like chameleons! I don't like people who stick their finger in the air first before making a decision.

Have you ever had someone come up to you "listen I was told something and I am not really suppose to tell you, but you're my buddy and I know I can trust you so I am telling you..." How many times have you heard that? How many times have you done that? I challenge you. When someone starts with "hey, I am not suppose to tell you this..."" hold your hand up and say "stop, don't tell me. I don't want to be a part of you becoming a liar." I promise you, that person will respect you more! Be that man of integrity!
