Do you have projects that you need to accomplish and you don't know where to start? Check out my tips that can help you move from where you are to where you want to be.
First one on my list, break down your vision into smaller goals!
When you have a big goal, you might think it is good to work on the entire task list and get it all done quickly. But the best approach is to break your vision down into smaller chunks and execute them in parts. This ensures incremental progress towards getting the job done without any procrastination.

What are you delaying right now that you know there's warning signs and you're not dealing with?
I want to tell you about five books that have changed my life.
1. Mindset - Carol Dweck Get a growth mindset not a fixed mindset!
2. Essentialism - Greg Mckeown It helps us narrow our focus down. It helps us be an inch wide instead of a mile wide and an inch deep we focus on the things that are important in our lives we need to read that book
3. How to Win Friends And Influence People - Dale Carnegie That book is awesome!
4. The 12-Week Year - Brian P. Moran The author heps us to understand how to intentionally focus.
5. Bible - God Needless to say, we need to read a book tht helps us with our moral compass, how to be men of character and integrity and if you'll implement those strategies you won't procrastinate in my taking a lot of decisions.

You have to get out of your comfort zone when you’re dealing with anybody. Those people are no more special or different than you. And let me give you a little tip, those people want you to approach them. Who would they be without you? They would be nothing without your fanfare. They would be nothing without you buying their products. Those people would be absolutely nothing. And I want to encourage you to get outside of your comfort zone. Go up and meet those people!

Choose what you talk about with your family, choose what you talk about in your community and in your business. We can elect to do better. Take a leaders approach. Take the attitude that you can do better. We can get up and we can move forward. Don't succumb to all this craziness in the world and pick yourself up and move on.

Some of you guys, my heart goes out for you today because you're dealing with children that you have a broken relationship with. You don't have any ties, any connections.
Here's what I want you to do today. Reach out to those kids today with maybe a word of encouragement, maybe a hug on them, love on them. Tell them that you love them. I am not saying condone what they've done. We have a lot of kids out there that are knuckleheads that have done the wrong thing. They've made bad decisions. But let me remind you of something. You made some bad decisions yourself as a child, as a teenager, as a young adult.
Don't hold them to a standard that you're not willing to adhere to yourself when you were a younger kid. Let's show some grace. Be the bigger person. What I am saying is there is nothing that they would do that would separate my love and willingness to go out and pursue them. Maybe you need to say "Hey I don't agree with what you're doing but I want you to know that I will spend my last quarter helping you if you're willing to change." Don't love your passbook more than you do your kid. You got to love them back to you not beat them into submission.
