Affirmation, it does not come naturally with us men. But I'd like you to tell you that it is probably that changed my life as much as anything. I am just going to tell you, guys, we just do not do it enough. It is uncomfortable at first, doing public affirmation. However, the reason it is so valuable, whether we admit it or not, we need affirmation. We are all starving to death for affirmation from those who are close to us. Start now in affirming someone! How do we eliminate fear? Well, to be honest with you, we do not or cannot eliminate fear, completely. As a matter of fact, fear can be a good thing.
