It is important prioritizing our priorities. One of the things that I want to talk to you about is making sure that what you say aligns with what you do.
Guys say the things that are important to them, they start talking about how my family's the most yet they spend very little time with them. It's like they'll spend 12 14 hours a day at work and then they come home and they're too tired to do anything and they don't have meaningful conversations with their spouse. They can't play baseball with Billy because it's probably dark outside but now and they got to send one more email or get this other thing. I'm not I'm not dogging on you. I'm not saying that those things are not important and you shouldn't do those things but the truth is, if you say it's important then we need to allocate some time towards making sure that you have time to pitch the ball with Billy or go to Susie's recital or spend time with your wife out on the patio talking about things in your life that you really want and the things that you want to accomplish.

Whenever you are going to a vacation with your wife/family/loved ones, I just want to encourage you to try disconnecting. Start out, you know, with maybe two or three days. Hopefully you'll get to a point where you can spend an entire week or maybe even two weeks and completely unplug! Try it and watch to see what happens. I think it will speak volumes to your family.

Do not keep your self busy with work and exchange time with your family with money. Create experience and memories with your family, with your kids. Spend money or time to create experience and memories. Have a little less house. Have a little less car. Let's think strategically how we can go about living a better life. I’m not a big health guy you know, what I’m saying, I mean, don't take that wrong, I want to be in good health but what I mean is I'm not your seven-day-a-week workout guy, who watches every single bite I put in my mouth. I’m not that kind of guy but I do want to be in great shape. I do want to take care of myself and praise God I'm healthy! I want to encourage you not to be that guy that just goes nut so and gets rid of everything in exercises seven days a week and you'll burn out. You all hold that pace. You just won't do it but getting an accountability partner - - - somebody that will help you and train you and teach you to live a balanced life. A life that is pleasing to you and to your family. God gave you one body. When it's gone it's gone and we need to take care of it.
