Mr. William A. Gray (Bill) is a retired Operations Executive with more than 33 years of experience across operations, manufacturing and the military – with more than 20 of those in management roles. For most of his career, Mr. Gray worked at Quad, where he rose through positions of increasing scope to finish his career as the Executive Director of Operations. Throughout his career, Mr. Gray has been a successful leader by successfully communicating direction via words and deeds, aligning people, teams, and coalitions to ensure an understanding of the vision and strategies for future success. Mr. Gray received his Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. Mr. Gray has been enjoying his recent retirement by spending copious amounts of time with his five children and 18 grandchildren. However, Mr. Gray has still found time to contribute through the mentorship of young businesspeople at the Tennessee Grasslands club, providing guidance for emerging leaders and helping solve complex business problems.
