If we were to block time out, it would probably show us that we all value work "more" than your wife or kids. But does value always equal time spent? Stress often comes from 4 different zones of our life, and prioritizing correctly goes hand in hand to having a more balanced, peaceful existence. Relationships are the lifeblood of our existence but they can also be a significant source of stress.
