Mentors Are Valuable

Mentor are valuable Aaron Walker

It’s not everyday that you get a testimonial video, especially, when you do not ask for it. But I am just grateful to some guys who take time to send me simple, or at times really elaborate and cool,  but truly heartwarming videos of how Big A, yours truly, have helped them or have impacted their lives.

I got this video in my inbox from a great guy, Jason Swenk, and I would like to share it with you all, not to brag, but to simply share how paramount relationships are.

Here’s what he has to say, please read on. I am humbled. And truly honored.

Hey!  What's up everybody? Jason Swenk here! And I wanted to tell you a little bit about Aaron Walker.

I met him at a conference and he was just bigger than life. And I was like, “Who is this guy?!  I have to have him on my podcast!”

And so I had him on the podcast and it was just an amazing conversation! It was kind of like we were brothers from another mother. And we just connected. I joined ISI. And then, I actually started working directly with Aaron.

You know when I started working with Aaron, I was already, in most people's eyes, successful. But there were things missing in my life that I doubted myself. You know, more on the personal level. Really, just being able to affect the world in a positive way, even from my beliefs, even how I treat people.

I used to look at it as - I want to destroy anybody that is any close to my competition. I will literally search and destroy it. I think a lot of you may feel that way.

I just realized this world's a huge world. And Aaron changed my eyes on this. He said,

“Look Jason, the biggest difference between you and a lot of the people that you look up to is RELATIONSHIPS.”

This hit me like a ton of bricks.

And he goes,”Look, you need to build relationships.” Aaron showed me how to do that, just how to think different. Life, since meeting Aaron and working with him, and the connections he's helped me build over the year has just been incredible.

And I look forward to every day, every moment, that we have. I owe a lot to Aaron. I did a video, maybe a year ago, coming out of ISI, I lost my dad a couple years ago.

Aaron's always been that that person that I looked up to as a father figure, to provide me some guidance.

We all need guidance. We don't know everything. No matter how successful you are, there are always things to learn. And you want people to constantly push you in the right direction and Aaron's always done that.

So if you're thinking about joining ISI or if you're thinking about looking for an amazing mentor that will really push you and call you on your BS and really inspire you to be a better person, I highly recommend Aaron! You won't be disappointed!
