Mastermind Groups Are A Game Changer

What are the five biggest challenges you are presently facing? Faith? Family? Financial? Relational? Career?

As a life and business coach, I assist men in uncovering challenges and then aid them in formulating a plan of attack. As a rule, most men have a facade of "all is well". The honest truth is that we all have areas we could radically improve upon. However, we continue to travel down a path to more of the same.

The examples are endless showing the value of trusted advisors and professional coaches. The most exemplary athletes have a quiver chock-full of instructional coaches.

A podcast show that is heard in 143 countries by over one million listeners each month, and he graciously invited me for a second interview last week. What an absolute honor and privilege to be 1 of 20 guest interviewed twice out of 780 entrepreneurs.

Do You Really Get The Big Picture?

Eastern Airline Flight #401 crashed on December 29, 1972. The problem was the landing gear green light failed to activate in spite of a locked in place landing gear. Focusing on the light instead of the altimeter the pilots and 100 passengers crashed to their deaths.

What "green light", or other insignificant matters are you focusing on that is going to crash your plane?

I Don't Believe Less is More

Where I went to school this equation would not fly. Even to say less is more is crazy. I mean, come on, 4 is greater than 2 and so on. But what I do know now as a 53 year old successful businessman is more often than not less is better.

I chased all the glitz and glamour only to find an empty chest at the base of the rainbow. Each and every milestone revealed more cash and less time.

In no way do I want to minimize my desire to succeed financially because I love to make money. I just don't want money to own me.
